Getting started

NowDo.AI is a spreadsheet purpose-built for managing your todos. This page covers the first ten minutes.

Signing in

Sign in with email and password, or with Google, from the landing page. Your data lives in the cloud (Supabase) and follows you across devices. There's nothing to install.

Sign-up is open and free to start. No invite needed.

The empty task list

After signing in you land on an empty task list. Columns are pre-configured:

Click any cell to start typing, or click the highlighted + Add a task row at the bottom of the sheet.

Your first row

Type a task name and hit Enter. Two paths from here:

  1. Fill in the rest yourself. Tab through the columns and pick values. Drag the bottom-right corner of a cell to copy down a column.
  2. Let AI do it. With the row selected, press ⌘Shift+A (or click the row's AI button). The model fills topic, priority, estimated hours, and a suggested "do on" date.

If you don't like AI suggestions, just overwrite them. They're not authoritative.

Where AI lives

Three places:

What the buttons do

The bar along the top is mostly glyphs. If you are on a computer, hover over one and it tells you what it is. If you are on a phone, open Settings → Help, or press ⌘/ on a keyboard, and you get the same list in words:

On a narrow screen the bar keeps only the buttons it has room for. Repack and Review move inside Sort and filter, and the list or calendar choice sits along the bottom.
